As an entrepreneur, before building a product, you need to know the demographics of people that the product will satisfy, you need to be specific about this, don’t just build a product for everybody, because everyone cannot be your customer. Map out the following: the particular set of people that will patronize your business (are they business owners, professionals, students etc), their gender, they can be male or female and they can be both, their age range, their location etc.
3. What does your clients value? What is it that you do especially well that you are uniquely suited to provide to your customers? How can you exceed the standards set by your competition? Checkout your competitors, look at what their clients value and how you can beat that by doing better than them.
Look at how your clients really want to be satisfied. In this case you will think like you are your own client and how well you want to be satisfied.
4. What results are you trying to accomplish? How do you measure success? A successful entrepreneur is one who have been able to reach and satisfy his customers and as also make profit from satisfying them. If you are always thinking of how you will make profit, you might not reach your clients.
5. What is your plan? How do you go about reaching your customers and getting the results that are most important? Which means will you use? Are you going to be using traditional way of marketing? or digital marketing. Which of these marketing technique will help you reach your customers? Think about where your customers are, and how best you can reach them.
